Illuminus Institute

At Illuminus, we recognize that it is our staff; our “People”, who truly illuminate the way to deliver the highest quality of care to all we serve, and to foster a culture of community. The Illuminus Institute began in 2018 with a focus on creating an innovative and robust new hire orientation and onboarding program.  The Institute has since added State Approved Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) training to its offerings.  Future offerings intended include CNA Training, Career Laddering, Education Scholarships, Leadership Training, and other empowerment and engagement growth and development opportunities.
